...ay it really settled then as soon as I actually started my period it was light and only lasted about 5 days. Thing is I forget to take it and before long I realise I am not taking it no more. Fast forward to my next cycle I am 4 days late, miserable, irritable, crampy and at some points raging. My skin is also really oily and I am going to put it down to this stuff. The tastes not bad I just mix it in water and down the glass. Got like a plant taste to it. I can't commit to taking this every single day if the consequences will be this bad if I miss a dose!!

This was a terrible idea - the sore boobs came back really bad a week before my period so I immediately started taking it again, within a few days it has helped and my period even came on time as usual - it must have just been unrelated stress that had delayed it before.
It seems you have to take it in the run up to your PMS week otherwise it takes a few days to kick in.

... run up to my period. I was very sceptical about this but it truly has changed my life. I no longer get mad for no reason, or feel so sad I cry for an hour with no reason. I don't know how it works, but it does. I don't even get period pains any more.
I don't mind the taste. I mix it with a little water and it's kind of like a herbal tea taste.
One warning... If you are going to try it you HAVE to commit. I stopped taking it for a couple of weeks and my next period I was an absolute shambles.
