Directions for Use

Echinaforce® Echinacea tablets: This is the tabletted version of Echinaforce® drops. Each tablet contains the extract of Echinacea purpurea herb and root equivalent to 270mg whole fresh plant. Also contains lactose, starch, magnesium stearate.

My nephew has been snotty and sneezy and of course this was soon passed on to me. The difference is however, when I get a cold I get hit HARD. I've had a massive headache, snotty congested nose, a hoarse cough with phlegm and a sore burning throat. After about day 3 of the cold misery I went onto landys and typed in cold remedy, this was the best rated item. I must admit when I saw it was a herbal remedy I rolled my eyes and thought this will most likely not work but what do I have to lose? Fantastic service as usual and Day 1 after just 2 tablets I started to feel a relief with my throat. I'm currently on day 4 of taking 4 tablets a day I feel a lot better! Does it eliminate a cold? No not exactly. Does it help ease some of the symptoms? Yes, I believe it does. This may all be a placebo effect but hey, I'll take it. They do recommend you take these at first sign of a cold, I started these in the throws of mine so who knows how it may have worked had I used this straight away? Really pleasently surprised with this, will definitley use in the future.

This does not eliminate the flu/cold completely, but it really is good for my immune system and makes these nasty things less frequent and if they still happen less strong. Recommended from my side.

I tried these for the first time at the end of last year when I had a persistent cold that had lasted over six weeks.
I finally gave in and went to
... the doctors, however it wasn't an infection so they couldn't offer me anything. The doctor recommend I try these, alongside a high dose vitamin c. I'm so glad she did!
Within days the cold I'd had for weeks went. I continued to take them for a week or so afterwards.
I keep a bottle of these in now, and if I feel like I have a cold coming I start to take the maximum dose immediately. For me, the cold still comes, but its very light, symptoms are manageable and within the week it's gone. It's also stopped me from having to take cold/flu medication which is always a good thing.
Prior to this I suffered awful colds that lasted for ages and meant taking days off work. By taking these I can continue to work, exercise, socialise etc.
I was never a believer in herbal or holistic remedies, but these just work!
