It's been around ten days and I know that these are working! I suffer from palpitations and have done since I was a teen. However, the menopause has made my palps a nightmare! Whatever side I slept on, my heart was having non of it! So inevitably this triggered months of imsomnia. This led to, or exacerbated my mood swings and I was feeling easily stressed .as yku can imagine. I was miserable. I was horrible. I was not myself. Three days after starting these, the palpitations stopped. Completely! I am overjoyed. My flushes have reduced too, but not entirely gone. ...hts, tiredness, flushes, aches and pains from the menopause for over a year. In desperation I tried these and what a difference they have made. To be fair i'm still having hot flushes on just these tablets alone but i'm sleeping through the night and I don't ache now. I take vitamin B6 and Primrose oil tablets alongside this. I've even spoken to a pharmacist just to make sure there's no hidden extras in the tablet as they are so good. I hope others get such a good result.
