Can't say if it works or not it requires you to drink lots of water But I have congestive heart failure so drinking all that water is a bad idea
This product has noticeably improved my digestion. I'm having better and more frequent BM's. It has put a complete stop to the occasional co
...nstipation I would experience and my stomach also looks and feels flatter overall. I would definitely recommend this product. Aside from it's benefits, the product itself is tasteless and easy to drink. It has the smallest amount of grittiness to it, but isn't in the least bit bothersome. I always drink it in a glass of water but I would guarantee if you added it to a smoothie that you wouldn't even notice that it was there at all. I will most definitely continue to purchase this item.

I do feel like this insoluble powder has helped.... move things along. I just drink it in a small amount of water, maybe 2 or 3 oz, each morning, and
...not throughout the day, before meals, or anything. The first couple times I drank it It felt a little weird to drink it, but got used to it fast. Its just a little gritty, but doesn't have any flavor so easy to just shoot down fast in that small amount of water. Would by it again.

I never knew there were two different types of fiber. It seems most fiber rich foods contain a higher ratio of soluble fiber (especially fruit) than i
...nsoluble fiber. Soluble absorbs water to form a jell and SLOWS DOWN digestion. Insoluble fiber does not and will pass through your digestive system SPEEDING UP digestion. I suffer from constpation regularly and realized Im not getting enough insoluble fiber and my slow digestion causes me to get backed up and feel horrible. Glad I found out!! Thankful for this product, it works!
