I've been taking this supplement for quite a long time now, (as well as recommending it to many others), & it seems to not only be made from
...a good quality source, but it is also quite effective / efficient in balancing your hypothalamus region (thalamus), pituitary, & other glands. I'm not saying it's a miracle cure or anything, but I have definitely able to see a positive difference in several bodily systems.

I am 55 and going through female hormonal change. Let me tell you, from the first capsule I took I slept like a baby that night, and every night since
.... My husband has also had sleep problems most of his life, and since taking his first capsule, instantly out like a light sound asleep til morning. Since our first dose of hypothalamus we now both take raw bovine multiple glandulars as well as additional liver and thyroid glandulars. All I can say is wow, better sleep, better energy during the day, better bowel movements, better digestion, and general calmer relaxed feeling.

This stuff really is great. If you have hypothalamus issues, I recommend it. I tried adrenal glandulars, they did nothing, and neither did thyroid gla
...ndulars. I use Atomidine for my thyroid and that got it working right again. Make sure I don't drink too much caffeine as this depletes the adrenals and also keeps you from absorbing iron which also contributes to fatigue. I also don't eat sugar or processed foods and I make sure to get enough sleep. But this has definitely helped. It's expensive which is kind of a bummer, but I think it's worth it. I will buy it again - I do notice a difference and I don't notice a difference with very many supplements, especially the ones that are supposed to treat fatigue.
