Directions for use:
Simply add 2 to 3 tsp (10g) to your smoothie mix and blend. Alternatively, add 2 to 3 tsp (10g) to a cup and mix to a paste with a small amount of milk, plant mylk or water. Top up with 150ml of hot or cold plant mylk, milk or water and enjoy.
