Hmm. I was living with constant stress and suffering from general anxiety disorder so when this arrived I tried it to see if it had any effect on how
...I was feeling. What I noticed immediately was that it had a burning sensation under my tongue. Then I read that you should spray it on your tongue so I tried that and it was better but I can't say that it made me feel any better or cope any better with everything I was going through.
It is supposed to be used in a crisis so maybe the benefits will be felt more then.
