I used to be an E45 addict but I find Aveeno even more soothing. My hands are soft and moisturised, and haven't bled in years. It's nice to apply and absorbs well. For particularly stubborn patches, like my knuckles, I tend to let the cream sit on it without rubbing it in so it hydrates over a longer period of time.
I bought the 500ml bottle a couple of years ago and I still have loads left, though I don't need it in the summer. It lasts ages and doesn't seem to go bad. There's a little solidified bit in the dispenser when I first use it but I just don't use that bit.
Honestly life changing stuff. I wouldn't be without it now. Top tip - pop it in the fridge, it feels so much more soothing when it's cold.
