The remedy aims to provide support during such challenging times, helping to restore their sense of self-assurance and manage their responsibilities effectively.
The essences were developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed that the key to good health was emotional harmony. He identified 38 flower essences made from wild plants, trees and bushes, each one corresponding to a specific emotion.

How to use Bach Original Flower Remedies Elm:
Take an individual essence based on your needs, or create a combination of up to seven essences.
Step 1: Place 2 drops in water and sip at intervals.
For combination use: Add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle containing still spring water, and take 4 drops 4 times a day.
