Bach Original Flower Remedies Gentian is a natural flower remedy intended for individuals who are prone to feeling easily discouraged and disheartened. It serves as a natural aid, offering a mood lift to help people overcome moments of negativity and find renewed encouragement.
Take an individual essence based on your needs, or create a combination of up to seven essences.
The essences were developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed that the key to good health was emotional harmony. He identified 38 flower essences made from wild plants, trees and bushes, each one corresponding to a specific emotion.

How to take the Bach Original Flower Remedies Gentian:
Step 1: Place 2 drops in water and sip at intervals.
For combination use: add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) into a mixing bottle containing still spring water, and take 4 drops 4 times a day.
