...ping pills before and although they knock me out, they also make me drosy the next morning and leave a horrid taste. I was pretty sceptical about Rescue Remedy but I have been really pleasantly surprised. The taste is good. As it is only a few drops, it kind of dissolves rather than having to swallow. Fall asleep naturally and wake up far less often tht usual and when I do, I find it easier to get back to sleep again (when the other half and/or the cat are not snoring their heads off). Not drowsy the next morning at all. It works for me.....def worth a try.
