It contains no added sugars or thickeners, making this pure and plant-based supplement a must-have to support immunity, healthy bones, teeth, and muscles.
Bare Biology Beam & Balance is in a base of MCT oil to help absorb vitamins D3 and K2 more efficiently. As D3 and K2 are fat-soluble, having a base of MCT oil means you do not have to take this supplement with a meal. However, it is generally better to take supplements at mealtimes.
