...fer to add the drops to water. I will be buying again. The advantage of the liquid is the absence of binders and fillers that come with pills. Also, it can be held under the tongue for a more rapid absorption. Selenium is a must take for all smokers as the body needs selenium to clean the tar from the lungs. I don't smoke myself but take this to help my lungs anyway.
One study involved a man swallowing radio-active selenium to trace where it went in the body. To the amazement of the researchers 90% went straight to the testicles. So if any man has problems down there then this product is bound to help.
The highest source of selenium in nature is Brazil nuts. So if taking high doses of this liquid selenium then it may pay to eat Brazil nuts at the same time to get all the selenium co-factors. If a man eats 20 Brazil nuts a day then the affect is far superior than viagra. I have not tried viagra, but I have tried the 20 Brazil nuts per day. From day 3 onwards, wow.
