Directions for Use
Adults: Use 1 spray per day directly into the mouth, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. During the autumn and winter, the Department of Health recommends everyone (including pregnant and breastfeeding women) to supplement with 10 micrograms (400iu) of vitamin D. Studies show that many individuals may require a higher supplemental dose to maintain optimum blood levels.
Approximately 120 days’ supply at 1 spray per day, or 40 days’ supply at 3 sprays per day.
