I personally enjoy herbal tinctures and use them as part of my wellbeing rituals. As with most tinctures this product is to be taken sublingually. You
... get approximately 45 servings per bottle so a little goes a long way! I find the taste very pleasant and the tincture contains powerful herbals such as damiana leaf, siberian ginseng, ashwagandha and shatavari root to support mood, focus, endurance etc. It's always tricky to tell just how well supplements work and I believe you have to attune yourself so that you become present enough in your body to feel these subtle shifts. I also like to set an intention when taking tinctures which may sound a little woowoo to some but if you look at neuroscience there is great benefit in being intentional with your actions.
I've really enjoyed this product so far and will continue to incorporate tinctures into my wellbeing regime.

I’ve found it has a slightly firey and spicy taste on the tongue, but it’s pleasant enough and easy to swallow.
