She had been taking cod liver oil as a liquid which isn't the nicest way because it repeats on you so these were a game changer for her and anyone else with an issue with tablets and capsules. Depended on the indication "Mini" in the name of the product. The capsules are oval, not large, of course, but not mini in my understanding.
... I ordered it for children, in the hope that they would be easy to swallow. But no, you have to persuade, pierce the capsules. And so, it is Omega-3 and vitamin D that, with prolonged use, reduce the manifestations of allergies, so we will continue to drink them.

I never thought of these before but fish oil capsules are generally too big and did put me off for a long time taking them before I made myself becaus
...e of the benefits. If only these had been around then! Lol I have now switched though as I prefer taking a few of these, 4 per serving, than one larger capsule which sometimes feels like it gets caught on it's way down. Great way to supplement fish oil if you do not like the regular larger sized capsules. Decent quality and a decent dose too :)

These mini cod liver gels are brilliant as they are versatile enough to mean that kids can take them since the dosage is quite low but also adults can
... just double up and get their daily intake of omega fatty acids too. Mini tablets are obviously better as well for people who find it hard to struggle tablets over a certain size and the gel types are much easier on the throat! Good levels of EPA and DHA in this supplement!
