Ideal for pregnant women or when for you've been on your feet all day.
How to use: Lightly massage in from the feet (the arch) to mid-thigh, until completely absorbed. Can be applied at any moment of the day.

...ead a couple of good reviews so popped into the store to have a look and I am glad that I did, The actual emulsion comes out in this beautiful blue colour with a lovely fresh smell. I use of an evening and rub into my calves, on the arches of my feet and up to mid-thighs focusing on the underside of my knees massaging in to help with circulation. the emulsion sinks in very quickly which is surprising as it feels very rich. The massage along with this cream really helps to loosen my muscles and relax my legs.
*for anyone that suffers with really tight legs / suffer with cramps I add this after using one of the foot machines that sends pulses up to the calves and my legs feel so much better and really relaxed / loose.
