My Clarins CLEAR-OUT Purifying and Matifying Toner is perfect for anyone with combination to oily skin looking to mattify, reduce shine and refine the skins texture. The refreshing toner is comprised of 96% ingredients of natural origin including organic coconut water, organic alpenrose extract and meadowsweet extract which together limit sebum production to help balance the skin. Skin is immediately purified and matte. Day after day areas of shine on the skin are reduced and the skin is left hydrated and soothed.
