...ctor in the video advises us to take FISETIN for only one week every month or two and take it with an oil like olive oil for best absorption. There are many possible benefits of this substance too numerous to name but as the video suggests there are also possible drawbacks if it is used improperly according to the research presented in the video.
I am taking it as he suggested and all I can do right now is report back over time with the results. This product, according to research, might be able to actually REVERSE AGING if used properly! The capsules are tiny and easy to swallow.

...ssibly help anyone dealing with Restless Legs. I have been struggling with chronic fatigue brought on by my inability to sleep because of restless legs. I have a fast COMT gene which means my body uses up dopamine very quickly, leaving me almost constantly dealing with low dopamine and serotonin. That's bad enough but the low dopamine triggers restless legs, making sleep difficult. At night I am often wakened by the need to pop more and more L-Tyrosine to increase my dopamine and stop the restless legs.
After an especially bad month of out of balance electrolytes, my ability to raise my dopamine became impossible. So, after about 6 weeks of very little sleep, I realized something really bad was going on - constant fatigue, weight gain, crazy brain fog, no desire to do anything, etc. I felt that if I could just sleep, I might begin to heal and feel better.
I happened to see a recommendation of Fisetin as a way to slow down a fast COMT. It looked like there were no serious side effects to worry about so I decided to give it a try. Wow! I just slept like a baby for 11 hours, and my dopamine is still going strong. This promises to be life changing for me. I am so heartened, I want to cry. Being able to sleep is like a miracle. Maybe now I can finally heal from the chronic fatigue. I sure hope so!

...year. I live in a household with my wife who is a grade school administrator and my grandchild. I am constantly bombarded with illness. I use this by taking 1 pill a day and have used it twice as a senolytic. To take as a senolytic I recommend using the Mayo clinics latest study on frailty which doses at 20mg per KG of body weight. For me that was a 2100mg dose. I took it in olive oil and Bioperine (black pepper extract) for increased absorption. I believe it worked to decrease senescent cells in my body. My endurance increased and my everyday aches and pains went away. During this year of no sickness I did catch something once. I felt extremely tired and was running a fever of 102 degrees. This started at 2pm and I swallowed an additional 2 fisetin tablets and another zinc pill around 6pm. I went to bed at midnight still feeling very sick and with the fever. I woke up the next day with absolutely no symptoms and not sick at all. This stuff helps your body fight off the common cold and the flu. I'm truly convinced. My wife has also taken this and she has stayed sick free as well. She caught a couple of colds but fought it off and didn't stay sick for more than a day each time.

Took my first Fisetin supplement today. About 30 minutes in, I experienced a weird feeling I have never felt before. It was like when you want to yawn
... a lot when you feel really burnt out and tired, and your brain needs more oxygen than it is currently getting, or just as much oxygen as possible. It was like that feeling x10, but at least it only lasted a few minutes, then completely dissipated. Shortly after that my whole brain woke up, and I could think almost as good as I ever could... I distinctly remember this, in fact, because I have been mentally sluggish the past few days, and this was the first time I was back to normal. If this sounds too good to be true, I can't help that, I am just writing what I experienced. Keep in mind that I take other supplements daily but the package was delivered in the afternoon and it was taken hours after the others.
