It's important to consider that the supplement could be working on lowering inflammation makers (thus improving your health) but you may not feel it. Physicians often post your lab test results online & it takes some effort to look things up but worthwhile to understand what's happening & how you can improve what's going on inside the body. Inflammation affects the heart & a C-reactive protein >3 puts you at risk for heart attack & stroke. So for me, Fucoidan sounds helpful if it reduces that risk. We will see. Finally, strenuous exercise is extremely helpful in reducing inflammation but it's not alway easy.
