Our bodies cannot synthesize folate and due to its water-soluble nature, the body stores folate to a limited extent. Folic acid, and food folate, needs to be converted to its metabolically active form to be utilized by the body. I went down hill and did some research and found that a lack of this in the body can cause a lot of problems. I was getting migraines everyday too. The first few hrs of the first pill i took, i already felt better! I barely get migraines now. I've had maybe 2 since i started taking this. And migrained are something that runs in my family that only excedrin helped, and i was taking it everyday. I haven't taken any since i got this. I actually go outside now and take walks with my head up. I highly recommend trying this before going to the dr for anti depressants or anxiety meds.
