I went on to heal (did need a torn rotator cuff surgery on one side) and have been tendonitis FREE for 7 years!!!Cartwheels! Happy Surprises: After 6 months of taking this product I realized my fingernails were healthier and not breaking quickly as they had my whole life, for me this was HUGE. Woohoo! Then at about 1 year, my thick brown, very long hair, which needed split ends trimmed every 6 months, seemed like steel! I couldn't believe it as I kept checking for split ends and there were hardly any to be found. I'm on autoship and plan to always take this product - I am so pleased with the results! My husband got tendonitis last year (we're in our 60's)and started taking this product too- he's now a regular user as he's seen results and less pain as well. TIP: Dosage is 5 capsules, I know...alot. Whenever I cut back I can tell the difference...so 5 is for a good reason. I personally take 2 each morning and 3 after dinner, it does not disturb my sleep like so many things do (I'm highly sensitive re: supplements, any small amt caffeine, eating after 6:30pm, all keeping me awake).

A few years ago I started having multiple aches and pains in my feet that grew worse when I resumed running/walking every day. (I'm a 53yo woman.
...) I've had great success with glucosamine products with my aging pets, and as the months dragged by with no improvement in my feet I decided to give Doctor's Best a trial run.
24 hours after the first dose, I noticed a difference, but that wasn't necessarily the supplement, since the pain does vary from day to day. Now, ten days in, I can definitely say the supplement is helping. I still have some pain in the joint at the outside edge of my right foot, but it's MUCH better than it used to be, and the myriad pains in both feet are mostly gone. I'm looking forward to seeing how things feel after a month!
