... just isn't as lustrous, full or vibrant as it once was. I decided to try a keratin supplement to encourage growth, shine, and overall hair health. I have been taking this product for a few weeks now. Of course, that's not enough time to have seen any significant hair growth, but I am hopeful. In the meantime, I haven't had any problems taking this supplement. No stomach problems, no skin irritation, no weird aftertaste. The pills are kind of big, but the directions indicate you only need to take one a day, and they are easy enough to swallow...for me, at least. I think some folks might have trouble with their size.

...eing said, if you don't mind those two things these are good for your hair and nails. I have to take supplements for my hair and nails or my hair becomes very brittle and my nails grow in with ridges in them and are very soft/weak. I was using a supplement that cost a lot more than this one so wanted to see if this would work. I've been using them for a little while now (long enough to see if my hair/nails would become worse or better with use of this) and they actually work just as well as the more expensive brand. My hair feels soft and strong and my nails aren't having any issues as they grow. They do exactly what they are supposed to do if you don't mind getting them down.
