L-theanine may be one of the best alternatives to GABA supplements for reducing anxiety. We recommend taking between 200 mg - 400 mg of l-Theanine per day.
Small capsule, super easy to swallow. I take one in the morning and one at lunch. I genuinely feel like I can tell a difference in my mood, most notab
...ly with my stress and anxiety!
My body does not handle caffeine well. I get very jittery and anxious when I consume caffeine by tablet or liquid form. I take an all-in-one tablet once in the morning. After doing my research, I was very happy with every ingredient compressed into each all-in-one tablet...other than caffeine (which I have noted above that I have trouble with). Now that I am taking one of these in the morning with my all-in-one supplement it curbs all negative effects I would always get with caffeine! L-Theanine is a game changer, I just wish I had heard about it sooner!

Suntheanine, so far, has been a really great supplement to have handy. I have been using it regularly for 3-4 months as of now.
The effects: While yo
...u may not completely stop thinking anxiously, I find the amount of time spent worrying is greatly reduced. Usually as soon as an anxious thought crosses my mind, it's dropped within 10 seconds, and that's that. Obviously this can have a major effect, especially if you tend to overthink things. Your mind is calmer, depending on how calm or otherwise you were in the first place. Other people report benefits for focus and mental clarity too, and some people also report some sedation at higher doses.
The risks: I have had no side effects while using this, and I'm pretty sure many others can say the same. Suntheanine is infamous for being safe at high doses. I have taken up to 600mg (four capsules) at once and 1050mg (seven capsules) a day without any negative effects I can definitely attribute to the suntheanine. That's not to say there definitely isn't any, but you're pretty safe with this one.

Ruby likes it!
I have tried other brands and some have more 'fillers"/stuff that I don't want. These are a good value and THEY WORK. If you over caffe
...inate, like alot of us are doing during covid, these can ease the "jitters" WITHOUT MAKING YOU GROGGY/FOGGY. They work subtle, not a knockout med., if you take anti-anxiety meds, try these, they can take the "natural" place of rx meds. Just try out which "dose" works for you, and when. Well worth the money for the "natural" stuff that works vs. the rx meds or the "try a llittle yoga, have a cuppa tea, just relax", ugh. Like that works all the time for everybody, lol! No one wants to depend on any pill to "fix" things, but, a little natural addition to help you relax/lose the "jitters/panics" is a wonderful thing.

I got this to lower my cortisol levels since I have a lot of stress. Since January this year I have been with heightened stress and anxiety due to a p
...ersonal issue which hasn’t been resolved. I am also peri-menopausal and have ringing in my left ear, audiologist says it’s due to stress. I don’t usually take prescription drugs as my Dr wants me to stay on Sertraline 25mg, which helps. I take my Usana b12, minerals, iron, b1, magnesium and d3. I try to eat healthy but I don’t eat 3x per day, and I do breathing exercises. Between all the supplements I take not if this one helps or not.

This product helps me cope with my GAD (general anxiety disorder) better. Along with therapy and breathing exercises I like how taking L-theanine adds
... a little extra support. One thing I noted is that it started working better after the 2nd week of taking it. But it’s worth it. When I finished the bottle I decided to get another one because even though is not like xanax or an SSRI, it makes a difference on how I can manage stress and rushing thoughts. Everyone is different but I hope my review helps you, especially understanding that when one suffers from an severe anxiety disorder, one should always combine different methods to manage it better.
