...NG, including HRT throughout the last few years and this is the only thing that has really worked for me. I was about to give up, but out of desperation (my hot flashes were BAD) I kept taking it and around week 6 it began to take effect. My hot flashes began to subtly lessen in intensity and frequency. I'm almost finished with my second bottle and today I did not have one flash. Still having a couple in the night, but now I'm able to go back to sleep and they are a lot less intense. Hopefully, those will go away, too. I encourage you to stick with it and see what happens. I am so relieved to have found herbs that help my body balance itself out. Something I could not achieve with HRT. I hope it works for you, too.

...been the worst because it like a swimming pool of sweat and no fan makes it better. I swim more than I sleep!
I used turmeric for the first year and it helped SOME...but I still only got about 3 hours of sleep each night and that was broken up. I was miserable!
I stopped the turmeric and started this Menopause Spectrum. It took 2 weeks to start working but I am down to 2-3 hot flashes per 24/hr period!!! Now I know everyone is different and it may not work for some, but it isn’t costly. Please give it a try! It has given me my life back!
I do have to mention that I seem a bit more sensitive lately...moody. Now they say it doesn’t effect your mood but it does on me. But I can trade a little moodiness for a good nights sleep!
And it’s a plus plus to only have to remember to take it ONCE per day.

I have tried many different products, so far this one is really working on me. I am on day 4 with this pills, and I can see a big different. The best
...thing is that it helped me sleep at night. I wasn't be able to sleep at night due the the horrible of night sweat and chills. I am taking it at bed time and sleep like a baby :) Also, I noticed that I am now very calm and peaceful haha. I do have gas taking pills, but it is not so bad. I am so grateful that I am finally found somthing that work for me. Ladies give it a try!
