I'm one of those unlucky folks with the MTHFR gene mutation, so I need to pay close attention to the forms my vitamins come in so my body can act
...ually use them. This is one of the best multivitamins out there with a very reasonable price compared to similar products.
My ONLY complaint with it, and the reason for four stars instead of five... is it has WAY TOO MUCH vitamin B12 in the mix. B12 is water-soluble which means anything unused will flush out of your system, so stay hydrated when taking this formula--and don't be surprised if your pee turns green. (I had no idea that too much B12 could do that until taking this formula...)
