Dosage:

I'll be honest - I don't have a vast knowledge on supplements and what they do - I take a multivitamin and vegetarian Glucosamine for joints
... etc but other than that I'm not aware of specific benefits of such things but reading about the good things R Lipoic Acid can do its made me realise it could have some very positive health benefits on me.
Upon looking more into this I've read that it can help with weight loss, help remove bad cholesterol, help diabetes or help prevent it, help reduce the risk of Altzeimers and many more wonderful things so I've been taking this for around a week now and hoping its benefiting me. Obviously the good it is doing won't be immediately obvious and you may never know but it seems to be good but in any doubt ask your doctor if this is suitable for you. I checked with mine as I have limited knowledge on these things.

I think this is one of those supplements that you need to take for 30 years or more because that is the only way you can evaluate if it even works. I cannot find any studies on the internet to support the fact that it works, but i cant find any that says it doesn't either. I am of the opinion that anything that can ward of Alzheimer's is worth taking as its a truly awful disease and if i can prevent it then im prepared to try it.
I think however it needs to be backed up by scientific proof it works otherwise you are wasting your money on something that you dont really need. From doing some research it can combat radiation sickness and repair damaged livers, so something for heavy drinkers to take, and it can also treat diabetes and diabetic related illnesses.

...that the effect is considerable and he has improved , all the cramps and muscle pains seems to have gone.
