Since I have added this vitamin C product into my regimen (for the last 10 months or so), I have not gotten since ONCE. I take 1 capsule twice daily, with or without food (depending on when I remind myself taking it); I didn't notice food or time of day having an impact. I do try to take it when I consume foods high in collagen, like my beef gelatin desserts, as I find it helps my skin, hair and nails more take advantage of the collagen.
The capsules are somewhat small, easy to take and didn't caused bad reflux or other stomach issues.

...ng BV. For 3 weeks straight, I inserted one pill vaginally every night before I went to sleep. They legit cured my latest bout of BV that lasted for 6 brutal months. For maintenance, I also now insert one the day my period ends. It’s painless and effective, and seriously works! It’s a cure that isn’t talked about a lot, so I’m grateful I found the message board discussing it. And believe me, I had tried every single cure imaginable for the past 2 years: hydrogen peroxide, oregano oil, every probiotic under the sun, etc. Trust me, this method works!! Don’t just use any Vitamin C too, please use these since they’re in a capsule! Non-capsule Vitamin C did not work for me. Good luck, and stay well!
