Those symptoms have improved noticeably (taking 2 caps a day), especially the swelling, although they are still there to some degree. However, since I started this, I get like three or four sudden stomach cramps a day and have to go poop immediately. There is no issue with the stools, just those weird cramps and urgency to defecate.
