Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid. Your body cannot produce them on its own and so people typically obtain it through either diet or supplements. They play a crucial role in the body and are beneficial for health. There are three main types of omega-3 fatty acids1:
Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA): This plant-based omega-3 is found in foods like flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and soybeans. ALA is a precursor to the other omega-3 fatty acids, meaning your body can convert small amounts of ALA into EPA and DHA, although the conversion process is not very efficient.
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA): This type is mainly found in fish and other seafood. EPA is known for its anti-inflammatory effects and can contribute to the health of your heart and joints.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): Also primarily found in fish and seafood, DHA is important for brain and eye health, especially during the early stages of life.
These supplements come in a pack of 60 jellies. They are orange In colour to match the flavour.
There is not a fish tast as described but this does e
...ffect the orange flavour and texture. The are not bad enough to not eat but I can imagine many young ones not liking them at all as they are 3+.
The jellies also have an oily layer when they are removed from the packaging, this also has no real taste but it's something to be aware of. These gummies are helpful for getting some omega into your system.

These omega-3 and 6 supplements come boxed containing blister packs of 60 fruity flavour jelly drops. There is a recommendation of chewing 2 per day f
...or the first three months of taking them and then going down to one a day after this.
I'm a big fan of fish oil which is said to be good for the heart and brain and lubricates the joints after a good workout at the gym.
These omega gummies are soft and easy to chew that taste like a mixture of orange, strawberry and lemon. I like them but they do leave a tiny fish taste in the mouth but this wears off quickly. I think it's currently listed as a little overpriced as I don't pay this much for my regular omega fish oil supplements.

I have been taking Omega 3 and 6 for a long time, mainly because they help my brain health and period pains. I take Omega 3 as fish oil and Omega 6 as
... evening primrose oil. I was intrigued to try the two as a fruit-flavoured jelly, primarily because of the claims of having no “fishy” flavour.
It is recommended to take two jellies daily for the first three months. Contrary to the advice, I only take one due to supplementing with the other products. As such, the pack will last for two months, and I will still get the best of its ingredients.

This is my first time trying out fish oil supplements as I've heard so many good things about them and was intrigued by the ingredients. The frui
...ty flavour on these is strange but tasty and there is not much of a fishy aftertaste. These are also made with fish gelatin instead of pork gelatin for those looking for a halal supplement.

I suffer from dry eye and was recommended by my optician to take Omega 3 supplements.
These jelly’s contain Omega 3 and Omega 6.
They have a stran
...ge texture and taste but it’s not unpleasant and I prefer taking supplements this way rather than taking capsules.
These are a little pricy but the ingredients are good and the daily dose of 2 jelly’s contain 1096mg of Omega 3 and 284mg of Omega 6

These gummies taste pretty nice to be honest! They don't taste like fish and they're very palatable. They're super chewy so they'r
...e actually quite fun to eat, and you get a nice hit of your omegas! Would recommend.

The Equazen Jelly | Omega 3 & 6 Supplement is supplied in a branded cardboard box which contains the blister packs of 60 jelly gummy drops. The pr
...esentation is nice and when the jellies are popped from the blister you immediately get a nice fruity smell with no evidence of the fish scent normally associated with omega products. The jellies do have a sort of rubbery texture that is slightly oily when squeezed, the taste is one I can’t easily describe – a very slight fish but more overbearing fruit flavour which whilst not unpleasant - is unusual. I will say that these are in my opinion better then capsules, they leave no nasty after taste or after effects and in fact you have forgotten them almost as soon as they are taken.
