Fortified with Glycerin and Wheat Protein, the toner delivers long-lasting hydration, whilst a soothing blend of Allantoin and Cucumber Extract minimise the effects of hard water on the skin. The brand's Cellular Water leaves skin clear, comfortable and rejuvenated with restored radiance.
