Floradix Tablets contain organic iron from ferrous gluconate, vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron contributes to normal red blood cell formation (supported by the vitamins B6 and B12) and haemoglobin formation. In addition, folate (folic acid) contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Furthermore, vitamin C increases iron absorption.

...ent and have been back at work full time for 4 months, but since going back to work properly (after phased return) I have been suffering with fatigue. I thought I’d have to just get through it till treatment finishes, then a friend recommended these and I’m so glad she did. A few days after I started taking them I felt like I was alive again. I never knew what fatigue was before and I don’t think I could adequately explain the tiredness I felt but I was in a permanent head fog and couldn’t think straight, I had no energy at all, I couldn’t get enough sleep and there were no clear moments. I had the memory and clarity of an old person (no offence intended but I’m only 44 so not that old). I was constantly exhausted, it’s an awful way to feel and it makes everything hard work. When I say I feel alive now I mean it, I feel like I’ve woken up from hibernation. My brain is working again and I’ve got energy! My kids are getting a bit sick my singing and joking though, I get a lot of eye rolling lol. Also, the house is tidy at last! If you’re feeling tired all the time and rubbish, give them a try. It could be coincidence that I happened to come alive after taking these but it could be because of these, it’s worth a try at least. I’m definitely going to stick with them.

DO NOT CHEW THE TABLETS! I was very hung over and assumed because the drink is yummy so would the tablets be. Nope! The taste stays in your mouth for
...ages. It doesn't say their chewable, again, I should have read the box.
Oh, duh, something you'll probably want to know is floridix is great! I get iron problems all the time and since chilling out on the meat my mood has been awful. I felt very depressed and tired, which are both symptoms on b12 and iron. Floradix has both! I'm happy and alive again.

I'm pretty sure these are doing their job. I am a blood donor and on a visit around September 2017 I was told I had low iron levels. I failed the
... "quick test" and scraped a pass on the electronic analyser. I don't get much iron in my diet and giving blood regularly can make your levels low. Since taking these, I have passed every iron level test with flying colours. I'm a runner too, and iron levels are important - since learning I had low iron levels and taking these tablets my performance has improved a little, maybe the tablets helped. Overall, my experience means I will continue to buy them, at least until I get a grip and start eating healthier!

...y low iron. But they cause their own issues. In my last 4 pregnancies and after, these have been my go to. They have everything needed and when I get on them I feel so much better. My haemoglobin restores itself. After a very bad last pregnancy, where I had 2 extremely severe disorders which well, was looking at us with a danger of not surviving, I took these religiously to help prepare. I lost a lot of blood, and I had to have many transfusions of products. I survived through and the months following i continued to take these. I was looking at more transfusions but these helped replenish in good time and I avoided the transfusions, they helped me get stronger. I still get tired spots a year on but go on these for a while and it fixes itself. Anything else I’ve tried, either causes secondary issues or just doesn’t really help. For me they have been fantastic and I would recommend to anyone, especially pregnant women and mothers, breastfeeding mothers too. My midwife also recommended these to me but I was already on them.
They’re easy to take with water or juice and try to take them just before food so they don’t cause any sickness, I’ve had it once and it was more of a empty belly sickness it caused. They don’t exactly taste of sweets but they’re fine.
