What are the uses of Higher Nature Citricidal Liquid?
- As a mouthwash, on the face and nails, and as a household cleanser
- Digestive support, especially while travelling
- Cleansing nails, face, skin, ears, and intimate areas
How to use Higher Nature Citricidal:
Never use undiluted. Do not squeeze the bottle.
- As a food supplement: Dilute 5-10 drops in 100ml of water or juice and stir thoroughly. Consume 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, 1-3 times a day (children over 8 years, half dose). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Nails: Dilute 5-10 drops in approximately 1 tablespoon of water. Using cotton wool, apply the solution to the nail surface, cuticle, and underneath the nail twice daily.
- Facial Cleanser (safe for normal and acne-prone skin): Splash face with warm water. Dilute 5-10 drops in 1 tablespoon of water, then apply with cotton wool or fingertips, using circular motions. Avoid eye contact. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry.
- Skin Rinse (safe for minor irritations, warts, and athlete’s foot. Do not use on open wounds): Dilute 5-10 drops in 1 tablespoon of water, then apply to the affected area once daily. If irritation occurs, rinse with water.
- Mouthwash: Dilute 2 drops in 90ml of water and stir thoroughly. Swish in the mouth for 10 seconds. Alternatively, gargle with 5-10 drops in 300ml of water, repeating as needed. Never use undiluted in the mouth.
- Ear Rinse: Dilute 3 drops in 30ml glycerine. Apply 1-2 drops of the solution into the ear, 1-2 times a day.
- Vaginal Rinse: Dilute 1 drop in 180-240ml of water and use as needed.
Allergen/Dietary Information:
- Not suitable for those avoiding grapefruit due to medication. If you are taking any medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Not for citrus allergy sufferers. May cause irritation if in contact with eyes or skin. In case of skin contact, flush with water for 10 minutes. If eye contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water and seek medical assistance immediately.

- Free from: Wheat, gluten, dairy, soya, yeast, nuts, GMOs
