B Vitamins may help maintain nail strength and Nails and Hair can be taken with additional MSM. Formula contains collagen & MSM - the complete formulation to help support keratin production. Biotin and Zinc contribute to maintenance of normal hair, zinc also contributes to maintenance of normal nails.

Directions for use:
Take 4 capsules a day.
