What is Higher Nature Pro-Gut Extra?
Our gut microbiome, or gut flora, is made up of over 100 trillion bacteria. There are around 1-2 kilos of bacteria living in the gut of an average adult. This internal eco-system is responsible for a whole host of roles.
The delicate balance of Pro-Gut Extra friendly bacteria is often upset by antibiotic use, stress, poor diet, poor sleep and shift-work.
Pro-Gut Extra contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, casei and plantarum, alongside Bifidobacterium lactis and bifidum, and Streptococcus thermophilus.

Directions for use:
