What is Higher Nature Pro-Gut?
Our gut microbiome, or gut flora, is made up of over 100 trillion bacteria. There are around 1-2 kilos of bacteria living in the gut of an average adult. This internal eco-system is responsible for a whole host of roles.
The delicate balance of Pro-Gut friendly bacteria is often upset by antibiotic use, stress, poor diet, poor sleep and shift-work.
Higher Nature Pro-Gut contains Lactobacillus acidophilus, casei and plantarum, alongside Bifidobacterium lactis and bifidum, and Streptococcus thermophilus.

Directions for use:
Adults and children 4 years and over, take 1 capsule daily preferably with breakfast or a meal. Can be increased to 2 capsules a day. If preferred, capsule contents can be mixed into cold liquids or foods.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
