I've recently been diagnosed with IBS and Diverticulitis as well as having a hiatal hernia so being able to digest food well is very important to
... my health. M following Dr Camobell McBrides GAPS eating regime and she stresses the importance of extra digestive enzymes and names all those included in this product. To be honest, I don't know how much of my improved health is down to cutting out carbs and sugar etc but everything else she suggests has helped me get back my life, my energy and improved healtH so these are a goor priced, UK made product that seem to help the healing process. I can honestly say I don't suffer with bloating and gas or wind so I think these defective enzymes are helping my diet to work well.
