...ome of the recommendations about taking it before eating - some people said it was best to take 30 mins before a meal. Others said to take it just before eating. I have to say, having tried both methods, neither worked. Thankfully, all I ate was fat free yoghurt (I dread to think how I would have felt after eating cream or ice-cream). Unfortunately, for me, this product did not work. I had nausea, gurgling stomach and the other usual irritable bowel complaints you get when you are lactose intolerant and eat products containing the dreaded lactose. I think I will stick to the Arla lactofree products and give this lactase enzyme option a miss.

Have bought several Lamberts Lactase pots over the past couple of years. Still the best I have tried. Easy to just chew with the first mouthful of dairy (or immediately before) - so it digests with the food at the same time which I am guessing is ideal.
Would recommend and will be purchasing again myself.
