How to use:
Take Lepicol 30 minutes before a meal.
Adults: Take 2-8 capsules once or twice daily, followed by 2-3 glasses of water or juice.
Children: 2-5 capsules once or twice daily with at least 1 glass of water.
The capsules can be opened and the contents poured into water or juice if preferred. Parents should seek the guidance of a medical practitioner before giving Lepicol to children under 11 years. After two weeks, for some people, the amount of Lepicol taken daily can be reduced.

One side effect of this was an itch in a place you don't want an itch. I spent nearly a year seeing specialists and trying strong probiotics to get rid of it. Nothing worked then a consultant suggested these, they worked almost immediately and I have continued to take them ever since. The itch has never returned and if I forget to take them for a while it starts to return but 2 days on Lepicol and it's gone again.

So here's the thing...just had surgery. Hernia. So that return home and with anesthesia and meds and lack of normality and the dread of the first
... no. 2...took several Lepicol yesterday (day 1 post op) and several this morning and a strong coffee (have to give it it's diuretic dues) and bowel movement was 100% pain free and easy.

...ggled not just with any kind of constipation, but extreme constipation all my life and I won't go into detail about the awful symptoms it has caused me, but lets just say that if it went on, I would've probably had seriously bowel issues as I get old. But these I've been taking first thing in the morning on an empty stomach..so far, 5 a day...by the following morning I've had movement...and not the usual sit on the throne, finding 241 different positions to see if it helps to get the stool to exit....no, not any more. I've had the motions, gone straight to the toilet and it's exited with ease. The best thing I have ever taken (and I've taken LOOOOADS) to remedy my constipation. So I can highly recommend. Also I've been recommending to others.

I bought this after reading reviews. I suffer severe IBS-C, and this product has definitely helped the constipation, in fact I think I was taking too
...many, 4 per day, because after several days it caused explosive diarrhoea. So I’m now going to try 2 per day. It hasn’t, in my case, cured my IBS unfortunately. I still suffer cramps and gas.
