What is Sea Kelp?

Sea Kelp is a type of marine aglae often found growing near the coastline, where the water is shallower and more nutrient rich (our Sea Kelp is sourced from the West coast of Ireland) and is a rich natural source of Iodine. Iodine is used by the thyroid lano roduce thyroid hormones. The hormones triodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) regulate the body's metabolism and also the metabolism of food in the intestines.

Lifeplan's Sea Kelp supplements contain pure Sea Kelp powder. Registered with the Vegan Society. NOTE: People who are pregnant/breast-feeding or with thyroid disorders should consult their doctor before taking this product. Sea Kelp tablets are not suitable for children.

Directions for use:

As a supplement, take two tablets daily, preferably with a little liquid before food.
