Lindens Silica 250mg Capsules are made from tabashir, a premium extract of bamboo famed for its swift, strong growth, Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on earth, capable of growing over 90cm in a single day, and the extract contains up to 80% absorbable silica. Lindens Silica 250mg Capsules are also fortified with biotin, a B Vitamin that contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair, and selenium, a powerful antioxidant that contributes not only to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, but also the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Each capsule provides 250mg of silica, in addition to 100% NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of both Biotin and Selenium.
