Vitamin C increases iron absorption
What's the difference between this product and your other vitamin c products?
LVC7 has been formulated as a result of research and development from our KTP project with Anglia Ruskin University. The product has been formulated without alcohol but also without the need to significantly increase the glycerol content as with some other manufacturers.
Why liposomal vitamin c?
While vitamin C is generally well absorbed in most people, it does not remain in circulation for long (generally only a couple of hours). Additionally, some people find vitamin C may cause digestive disturbances or a laxative effect. Studies have proved liposomal vitamin c to be better absorbed and retained for longer than standard oral vitamin C.

This is an interesting way to take vitamin C as a liquid format. You’re getting a relatively low dosage at 500mg but seemingly it improves absorptio
...n and retention. It’s actually quite pleasant to take this way and if you’re serious about getting your vitamin C then it’s worth considering. At around £20 it’s quite an expensive way to take this vitamin as vitamin C is usually relatively inexpensive. It’s a bit disappointing that it’s not marked as being suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The ingredients look fine though and I don’t see anything being a problem for either.

The lemon flavour of this is nice and more pleasant than the other liposomal vit c I’ve tried. The down side is that it is only 500mg in 5ml so as I
...’ve been used to taking 1000mg I have to take twice as much which means the bottle doesn’t last long and this isn’t as economical as it first looks.
That said I’ve noticed this company do a stronger strength with 1000mg in 5ml and I would definitely consider swapping to that in the future.
