Chaga ‘the diamond of the forest’ is traditionally used across Russia and Eastern Europe for vitality. Rich in key active nutrients such as betulinic acid which it derives from its host birch tree.
Mushrooms contain a unique complex of nutrients bound within their fibres. We use a specially crafted kefir-kombucha hybrid to release these nutrients, producing greater bioavailability and activity, whilst maintaining the natural synergy of the mushroom.
