It is a Living Culture Symbiotic based on a unique formulation, providing a complete ecosystem of microbes, colonising factors, and other compounds to nourish your unique microbiome.
The symbiotic core is made from fermented and sprouted organic soybeans, the perfect foundation to cultivate over 100 species of beneficial microorganisms. This is supported by organic foods banana and baobab, which are gentle foods for children to digest. They are also naturally sweet and easy to hide in foods and drinks, should you wish to open the capsule.

How to use Living Nutrition Your Flora Family Capsules
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day with food. Increase to 2 capsules twice a day if required. Children aged 3-12: Take 1 capsule a day with food.
