Directions for Use
Start with 1 full teaspoon per day and gradually increase to 3 teaspoons per day. Mix with 30-60 ml of warm water in a glass or cup. Let it fizz and stir until dissolved. Fill the rest of the glass or cup with hot or cold water and enjoy. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age.
