Directions for use:

...ve responded well to transdermal products, and I wanted to try this to top up those levels. It tastes OK and the ingredients check out too. But what I hadn't expected - bearing in mind that magnesium is meant to help you sleep - was that it had the same effect as a couple of cans of Red Bull. I was absolutely buzzing from quite a small dose. I'm sure this won't be the same for everyone but I wanted to flag up that it's a thing - especially for those people trying to use it as a sleep aid.
