- OptiGUT-C combines specific good bacteria with Fructo-Oligosaccharides (FOS), Magnesium and Prune extract.

- Fructo-Oligosaccharides (FOS) forms the base into which the other products are mixed. It is a source of fibre extracted from raw fruits and vegetables. It is pleasant and easy to use.

Directions for use:
Adults & Children over 12 years: 1 Teaspoon (4g) per day for 3 days, increasing to 2 - 3 teaspoons (8-12g) as required. Maintenance Dose: 1 Teaspoon (4g) Per day. For best results, use daily. Poweder may be added to drinks, cereals, yoghurts, smoothies, water ot taken directly from the spoon. This product is suitable for long term use.
