What are Nature's Aid Super Stars Omega-3 tablets?

Super Stars Omega-3 supplement is a pleasant, lemon flavoured liquid containing 825mg EPA and 550mg DHA per 5ml serving, plus 10µg (400iu) of Vitamin D3. EPA and DHA are two important Omega-3 Fatty Acids that play key roles in the body, EPA contributes to the maintenance of a healthy heart, DHA also contributes to the maintenance of a healthy heart as well as contributing to a healthy brain and normal vision. Vitamin D is needed for the normal growth and development of bone in children, the normal function of the immune system and supports healthy teeth.

For your peace of mind, Super Stars Omega-3 liquid is 100% no added sugar and contains no artificial flavours, preservatives, or colours.

Directions for use:

Take one teaspoon (5ml) a daily.
