What are Nature's Aid Ucalm Tablets?
St. John’s Wort is also known as Hypericum perforatum. St. John’s Wort tablets are made using the finest aerial parts of St. John’s Wort plant. The plant itself, characterised by its beautiful yellow flowers, has been used traditionally for hundreds of years by continental Europeans, and its usages are documented as far back as Hippocrates.
Natures Aid UCalm St Johns Wort is a traditional herbal medicine used to relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety. Exclusively based upon long standing use as a traditional remedy.

Directions for use:
Suitable for adults over 18 years of age only. For oral use. Adults and the elderly, take 2 tablets once a day.
Like all medicines UCalm can cause side effects for some users. Possible side effects may include digestive upset, allergic skin reactions and itching of the skin. If you experience an allergic skin reaction, you should stop taking the product. People may also find that taking St John’s Wort causes their skin to become more sensitive to sunlight.
