Natures Aid Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Oxidative stress occurs when there are high levels of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are caused by friying foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pestacides and air pollutants. Free Radicals can cause damage to cells, through a process called oxidation. Some Vitamins, including Vitamin E can help to protect the cells against that damage. This Oil could also be applied to the skin externally, as part of your daily beauty regime.
